Feed Your Mind ~ Water Your Soul ~ Nourish Your Spirit

Even though  we are in the midst of a pandemic and our movement is restricted,

our minds can still be racing and our soul can be "disquieted with us."

Below are recommendations to help you tend to yourself.  YOUR self.

You will find different things here:  things to read, things

to listen to, people to follow, things to do.  We

need different things at different times.

Explore.  Enjoy.  Breathe.

And send us things that have helped you to take care of you.

It may end up on our resource list.

And someone in the community

will thank you!

~ Reading ~

Readings here are diverse.  They are not limited by genre or category.  It is simply some good stuff I have found healing and helpful (and sometimes just a good read) along the journey.  Read descriptions in Amazon and

see if any resonate with you. (And if you are like me, you have a long list of "Save for Later"

book purchases in your Amazon card.).

Eventually, it will become our collective space... populated with readings that have helped you as well.

And if it has helped you, it will help someone else, too.

~ Music ~

I believe music is a divine gift.  Artists have the gift of putting our thoughts and

feelings into language, and music lifts our spirits the way nothing else can.

Genres here will vary.  Hopefully you will find (or discover!) music that

speaks to you.  What's on your playlist?  Send us a song or two.

Dance.  Sing.  Cry.  Reflect.  Release.  Forgive.  Pray.  Heal.

Music can help us do all of these.
